Frequently Asked Questions

Does this tool show current welcome bonuses?

No. Welcome bonuses change frequently — sometimes weekly — and depend on whether you're applying through a referral, public offer, or targeted promotion. We recommend cards based on their general structure and fit; you should always verify the current bonus on the issuer's site or through a trusted comparison source before applying.

Does this tool know my credit score or approval odds?

No. We don't ask for credit score and we don't predict approval. You'll want to check your own credit profile and any issuer-specific rules (Chase 5/24, Amex once-per-lifetime, etc.) before applying.

Are the recommendations affiliate links?

Some links from Sky & Suites may be affiliate links, in which case we may earn a commission if you apply through them. This does not influence which cards we recommend. Card recommendations are based on fit with your stated situation, not commission rates. See our full affiliate disclosure.

Why didn't I get a Skywards co-brand recommendation in the US?

There is no personal Emirates Skywards co-branded credit card in the United States. US-based members earn Skywards miles through transferable points programs (American Express Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Capital One miles) or by actually flying Emirates. The matcher will recommend a transferable points card instead.

Should I apply for multiple cards at once?

Generally no. Most issuers space approvals, and multiple recent inquiries can hurt approval odds. A common cadence is one card every 3-6 months. The matcher returns a ranked shortlist precisely so you can sequence — start with the strongest fit, then revisit in a few months.
